But I've found that if you switch the words Miss and Hit, you will be far less annoyed when you see that 91% chance to "hit". Or perhaps it means "Chance to hit air/trees/coffee cup/penguin on another continent". This frustrated me in the previous XCOMs and it's no less frustrating now. Haha yeah RNG can be brutal.
